Job Summary
Center Director (BCBA) in New Albany, IN leads a clinic-based ABA program, providing clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs, RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students. Responsibilities include conducting ABA assessments, supervising staff, facilitating clinical meetings, supporting onboarding and parent training, maintaining clinical documentation, ensuring ethical and effective crisis response, and achieving monthly productivity standards. Must have a Master’s degree in a related field, BCBA certification, BACB supervisor training, and at least two years of experience working with autism/developmental disabilities; bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
