Job Summary
Center Director (BCBA) leads ABA clinic operations and clinical oversight in Carrollton, focusing on guiding BCBAs and RBTs, conducting ABA assessments, ensuring data collection and mastery criteria, providing parent training and staff development, supervising onboarding, maintaining clinical records, and upholding ethical practices. Responsibilities include conducting ABA assessments, maintaining a small active caseload, meeting monthly productivity standards, performing annual performance reviews, and supporting crisis management. Qualifications include a Master’s degree or national equivalent in psychology/special education/ABA, current BCBA certification, minimum two years of autism/developmental disabilities experience, completion of BACB supervisor training, and strong communication/documentation skills. Travel: None. Sign-on bonus of $3,000; compensation up to $85,000 per year plus bonuses; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO/holiday, 401(k), HSAs, and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Minimum two years experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training
