Job Summary
Lead and mentor a clinical team including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs while monitoring clinic performance to drive clinical excellence, staff morale, and productivity. Maintain billable hour targets to ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered and review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and appeals. Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to manage caseloads and client onboarding, oversee training and performance reviews, and ensure compliance with insurance and billing requirements. Deliver direct clinical services and maintain an appropriate caseload while identifying staffing needs and assisting with recruitment. Provide clinical support to families, school professionals, and community partners. Active BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing required.

- Proficiency in systems such as Central Reach and SharePoint
- Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
