Job Summary
Lead a high-performing childcare center as Center Director to foster a positive, engaging school culture. Recruit, coach, and develop an exceptional team of educators; build strong relationships with children, families, and staff. Ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Drive enrollment growth through tours, community partnerships, and family engagement. Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and financial performance. Support teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years of childcare center leadership experience
- Understand Texas licensing regulations and center operations
- Hold (or qualify for) Texas Director credentials
