Job Summary
Lead a fun, engaging, and high-performing school culture at The Learning Experience's Bon Air center, recruiting, coaching, and developing an exceptional team of educators; drive enrollment growth through tours, partnerships, and family engagement; ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment; oversee daily operations including staffing, payroll, and financial performance; support teachers in implementing the proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.
Required Qualifications
- Have at least 2 years of childcare center leadership experience
- Understand Texas licensing regulations and center operations
- Hold (or qualify for) Texas Director credentials
