Center Director

Center Director will oversee all center activities to ensure regulatory compliance and delivery of comprehensive child development services, while supporting families and leading a team of staff (teachers, assistant teachers, and office personnel) to empower children and families in the Arkansas Early Learning network. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Head Start/Early Head Start regulations, managing program operations, coordinating staff development, and promoting family engagement within a nonprofit childcare setting. Must have strong leadership, program compliance, and collaboration skills to advance the organization's mission of empowering children and families.
