Job Summary
Center-Based RBT providing direct client care in 1:1 and group ABA therapy to young children; follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in individualized treatment plans; collect, record, and summarize observable client behavior data; assist with parent/caregiver training; ensure timely documentation; communicate progress to families; maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment; assist BCBA/BCBA-D in preparation of materials and assessments; in-center, full-time role from 8:30am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required
- Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Willing to obtain a tuberculosis (TB) test annually
- Experience with data collection and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Comfort with using mobile devices to record data
