Job Summary
Center-based RBT provides direct client care in 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy, following BCBA-created treatment plans; collects and summarizes data; assists with caregiver training; maintains documentation; ensures safety and a clean therapy environment; supports prep of client materials and assessments; communicates progress to parents/caregivers; requires RBT certification, willingness to undergo background checks, CPR/First Aid, and TB testing; HS diploma or GED required; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain current RBT certification issued by BACB
- Must be willing to participate in the company’s background check process
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Willing to obtain tuberculosis (TB) test annually
- Ability to physically perform job duties (lift up to 50lbs, able to get down on the floor and stand up repeatedly)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to record data on a mobile device and use digital applications
- Cultural competency and flexibility
