Job Summary
Center-based BT/RBT role serving children with autism spectrum disorder in an ABA program, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. Provide center-based 1:1 ABA services to children aged 2-7, perform data collection and reporting, participate in team trainings and professional development, and ensure compliance with BACB and company standards. The role emphasizes a collaborative clinical environment with strong clinical and administrative support, growth opportunities, and on-the-job training to obtain RBT certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience working with children, comfortable with 2-7 y/os
- Experience with developmental disabilities
- Fluent in English; additional opportunities for candidates with other language fluency
