Center Based Clinical Supervisor (BCBA Certification Required) at Intercare Therapy leads clinical teams to ensure high-quality ABA services for children with autism. Responsibilities include supervising Program Managers and Behavior Interventionists, providing quality clinical supervision per BACB standards, conducting developmental assessments (ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to inform individualized treatment, supervising RBTs/BCaBAs, documenting functions and treatment plans, delivering BST training to teachers, technicians, and families, participating in IEP and interdisciplinary team meetings when applicable, and collaborating with school personnel while maintaining minimum billing hours and ensuring service quality. Strong ABA/clinical skills, excellent communication, reliability, and team orientation are essential. Spanish-language skills are valued.
