Center Based Child Care Specialist

Manage contracts for partner childcare centers, enforce terms, and resolve non-compliances. Build collaboration partnerships between IAFC and assigned sites to develop practice systems aligned with quality improvement goals. Implement quality action plans for each partner site to achieve ExceleRate Gold or national accreditation. Bachelor's degree in Child Development or Early Childhood Education required, with two years of Early Childhood management experience and two years of project management experience. Master's degree strongly preferred. One year of supervisory and/or adult learning experience required.
