Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth, providing remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles, then lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making while managing predictable caseloads and manageable schedules. This role includes base salary up to $105,000, a signing bonus, and a monthly/weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more. Work from home while leading services across multiple locations using the CareConnect platform.
