Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and oversee the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support clients' needs. This role requires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in evidence-based practices for developmental intervention. The position offers a flexible schedule, paid time off, and continuing education credits. Eligible candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $10,000 distributed over 12 months.
