Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center Centria clinic in San Antonio, TX. Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles. Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making. As a BCBA, assume a clinical leadership role, mentoring colleagues and contributing to ongoing clinical training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- In-center ABA therapy delivery
