Job Summary
Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center, collaborative environment; supervise and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence; develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles; engage parents during on-site training to drive meaningful progress; maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making; contribute to a supportive leadership structure and clinical growth opportunities while benefiting from CEU stipends, paid CEU days, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
