Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment as a Center-Based BCBA. Provide daily guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence; develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles; engage parents during on-site training; maintain high-quality clinical services with supervision and data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, clinical growth, CEU support, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance, with a focus on quality outcomes and minimal administrative burdens so you can concentrate on delivering exceptional ABA therapy.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
