Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Deliver ABA therapy within a collaborative, in-center environment while providing daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles and engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress. The role offers a base salary up to $105,000, a signing bonus of $2,500, and monthly bonuses averaging $1,000.
