Job Summary
Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients by writing and submitting treatment plans, conducting initial and renewal skills assessments, and performing functional behavior analyses to create support plans. Provide supervision and instruction to direct staff and Registered Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity of treatment protocols while overseeing data collection. Deliver parent training and support, attend weekly team meetings, and utilize our virtual electronic data collection system to streamline workflow. Work alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, OTs, and psychologists to deliver holistic care, with centers closing at 4:30 PM and no weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- master's degree
- Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- LBA / LABA (in required states)
- Supervise Staff? Yes
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to the needs of active children.
- Must be willing and able to utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
- No prior criminal history.
- Ability to utilize technology
- Strong computer skills required – Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
