Job Summary
Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism, while physically keeping pace with clients during sessions that require standing, lifting, and moving through active environments. Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations, and advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues. Share your knowledge through direct supervision, support, training, and orientation of behavioral technicians. Deliver these services as a full-time or part-time clinical expert within a multi-tiered clinical team, utilizing advanced tools to simplify data collection.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
- Current BCBA license (depending on state) or sitting for your exam in the next 3 months- students are welcome!
- Demonstrated skills implementing applied behavioral analysis (ABA) with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders
- Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments
- Excellent clinical competence and judgment
- Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
