Job Summary
Manage operations for an urgent care clinic, including overseeing non-physician staff and ensuring quality patient care. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding staff, supervising evaluations, ensuring compliance with policies, resolving patient and staff concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and stock of medical supplies. A Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience in a medical office are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years experience working in a supervisory role in a medical office
- Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction

- Computer proficiency
