Job Summary
Monitor daily operations, oversee medical staff credentialing and human resources, and direct nursing supervision. Collaborate with Medical Directors and Board Members while managing contracted vendors and developing policies for infection control and emergency preparedness. Analyze monthly operating reports to promote cost containment and lead the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee. Requires a Bachelor's degree with five years of healthcare-management experience, including two to three years in an ambulatory surgery center. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule in Rogers, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College/University
- At least (5) years of healthcare-management experience
- At least 2–3-year experience in an ASC
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification
- Ability to multi – task effectively and efficiently
- Recognizes and defines problems, collects data, established facts, draws valid conclusions, and corrects errors
- Ability to effectively present information, respond to questions, and professionally interact verbally and/or in writing with others
- Computer literacy
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screen
