Job Summary
Center Administrator leads operations for ArchWell Health’s Tulsa center, supervising 10+ staff, ensuring efficient scheduling, billing, compliance (HIPAA, audits), and patient flow while driving financial targets, member and staff satisfaction, and quality-of-care metrics. Responsibilities include coaching a multidisciplinary team, maintaining regulatory standards, collaborating with leadership on quality initiatives, and fostering community partnerships to support membership growth and exceptional patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting required
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment required
- Experience with ECW is strongly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
