Job Summary
CEMEX University Analyst supports CXU in designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences aligned with global business needs to build strategic capabilities. Responsibilities include aiding SME and Global Business Leaders, participating in the design, development, and deployment of new Learning Experiences, advising on learning platforms and technologies, articulating target learning personas and objectives, embedding measurable success metrics, gathering input from thought partners and design firms, coordinating program deployment through the HR network to reach regional audiences, and operating the CXU dashboard with weekly data updates. Collaboration across teams for workshops and sessions, facilitation of co-creation and testing, working with external thought partners and consulting firms, and becoming an expert user of CXU learning technology. Position requires ability to manage multiple projects, learn quickly, self-drive, and influence teams, with up to 20% travel. Location is Mexico (Nuevo León) with in-person work; no relocation details specified. Industry context includes Learning & Development, HR, instructional design, UX/UI, and organizational development. Languages: English and Spanish; strong communication and presentation capabilities are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Proficient or expert use of Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

- BA in Design, Communication, International Relations, Psychology, Education or Marketing preferred
- Desired previous experience in UI/UX, Product Design, Internal Communication, Organizational Development, Corporate Learning, Instructional Design, Innovation, Design Thinking, AGILE
