Job Summary
Perform all landscape maintenance duties including weed-whacking and lawn mowing, while maintaining equipment and operating machinery safely. Handle day-to-day general maintenance, snow removal, and install or assist with cemetery vaults, headstones, and memorials. Execute all functions related to funeral services and manage safety and security for employees and visitors. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 80lbs, and availability for holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School equivalency
- 2+ years experience in maintenance or related field
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and machinery
- Ability to read and execute memos and directives from supervisor and/or management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Valid state driver's license
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
