Job Summary
Manage landscape and grounds activities for assigned cemeteries while coordinating sales and cemetery personnel to foster strong community and parish relationships. Monitor and maximize maintenance budgets, oversee capital projects, and ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Recruit, train, and mentor grounds staff, approving contracts and handling inquiries to protect the Church's integrity. Deliver exceptional customer service by working directly with families and maintaining inventory levels. Requires rotating Monday–Saturday schedule, local day travel, and a background check.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of cemetery, landscape or grounds maintenance work experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- valid California Driver's License
- Must be a Catholic in good standing
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

Desired Qualifications
- Possession of a valid California Pesticide Applicators License or Certificate
