Cement Terminal Team Member

Job Summary
Load and unload bulk cement from trucks, railcars, and storage silos while operating terminal equipment such as conveyors, pumps, compressors, forklifts, and skid steers. Monitor product flow and storage levels, perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and assist with troubleshooting operational issues and equipment malfunctions. Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory, conduct stock reconciliation, and ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations. Keep the terminal clean and organized through routine housekeeping while communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and work at heights
- Ability to work in dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when necessary
- Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy equipment (or willingness to become certified)
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, terminal, warehouse, or construction environments preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus
