Cement Plant Manager

Cement Plant Manager position based in Picton, Ontario, responsible for leading safe, reliable, and efficient cement plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, CAPEX, and plant accounting while ensuring compliance with labor, safety, environmental, and corporate policies. Reports to the Regional VP of Operations. Key duties include building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, managing budgets and production planning, developing long-term CAPEX strategies, collaborating with corporate support, and maintaining strong relationships with union leadership and local stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or proven cement-plant leadership experience, with a track record in safety and environmental compliance, and a commitment to operational excellence.
