Job Summary
Operate bulk equipment, rig up iron, and perform high-pressure pump operations during service delivery while maintaining discharge iron installation integrity. Prepare pumping equipment for well sites, conduct function checks, and utilize real-time data to communicate results under dynamic conditions. Drive company light-duty and commercial vehicles, perform basic maintenance on equipment and cement heads, and assist with blow down, field bin movement, and vertical silo relocation. Conduct pre-job and post-job safety meetings to identify hazards, complete respirator fit tests, and ensure equipment readiness. Comply with DOT rules, HSE standards, and customer policies while performing work independently. Requires valid CDL with HAZMAT endorsement, 2-4 years of experience, and English proficiency for safety directions.
Required Qualifications
- DOT certification
- Knowledge of and compliance with DOT rules and regulations
- Understanding of company policies, HSE standards, and PSL guidelines
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining bulk equipment, high-pressure mixing pumps, blenders, and auxiliary equipment
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment and cement heads
- Proficiency in rigging up and rigging down high-pressure iron and other equipment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English for effective communication and instruction
- Strong mathematical skills for job-related calculations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than 2 years -4 years experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- HAZMAT Endorsement
