Job Summary
Manage daily operation of the cement terminals by interfacing with employees, suppliers, customers, and logistics providers to ensure reliable equipment use and optimized labor costs. Oversee maintenance, inventory, and shipments while developing operating budgets to improve costs without sacrificing safety or service. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor, safety, and environmental regulations. Lead training programs for terminal personnel and demonstrate mechanical/control system skills to perform necessary maintenance activities. Maintain a high-quality teamwork environment through solid leadership and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years prior experience in the cement industry
