Job Summary
Transfer, rack, and blend wines; assist with filtration, bottling, and equipment sanitation. Perform seasonal harvest duties including pump overs, punch-downs, racking tanks, and operating sorting equipment. Sample tanks as needed. Work on feet for eight hours daily, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 70 pounds while bending, kneeling, and walking varied surfaces. Full-time, non-exempt, 40-hour week Monday through Friday with overtime during bottling and harvest. Join the Trump Winery team in Charlottesville, VA, contributing to the processing of grapes, barrel, and tank operations for sparkling, still wines, and cider.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work long hours and/or seven days a week during harvest
- Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 70 pounds
- Frequently bends over, kneels, twists, reaches over head, and walks varied surfaces
