Job Summary
Process grapes through reception, de-stemming, crushing, and pressing; manage fermentation via inoculations, sampling, and fermenter cleaning. Execute cellar tasks including barrel work, racking, blending, and sanitation of tanks and equipment. Maintain vineyard growth through pruning, tending, and harvesting, while performing tractor work for weeding and hedging. Adhere strictly to safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and work order compliance. Lift up to 55 lbs and perform shift work including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of safe cellar and vineyard practices, including safe handling of chemicals
- Strong commitment to quality with attention to detail
- Hands on

- Good problem-solving abilities
- Basic logistic skills
- Knowledge of winery cellar and vineyard operating procedures
