Job Summary
Clear glasses and clean common areas in the dining room efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards. Greet guests with a smile, promptly bring water, and replenish drinks before requests. Assist servers with food delivery, pre-bus tables between courses, and clear tables after departures. Notify staff when tables are ready, empty linen bags, manage trash, and polish glassware. Complete all duties before shift end, ensuring tables, chairs, and floors are clean for the next arrival. Available nights, weekends, and holidays; must obtain valid Food Handlers and Responsible Beverage Service cards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Responsible Beverage Service Card
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Must work well under pressure and to complete all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Must be able to lift and carry a tray weighing up to 50 lbs. through a busy dining area
- Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Must be able to work up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to focus for an entire shift
- Trouble shooting and prioritizing skills
- Ability to treat all associates and guests in a respectful manner
- Exhibits integrity (honesty and truthfulness)
