Job Summary
Cellar Brewer (2nd Shift) performs cellar tasks including batching, fermentation, monitoring production, CIP of equipment, and yeast handling to produce in-spec beer. Responsibilities include operating cellar piping/equipment, performing CIP, supporting beer finishing and transfers, adhering to safety protocols, PPE and GMP, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and performing related duties. Requires 1-2 years in brewing/production; MS Office proficiency; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move 165 lbs; strong organizational and time-management skills; flexibility for Monday-Thursday, 4pm-2am shift. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a brewing or production environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to lift 55lbs and move 165lbs as needed
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing/manufacturing setting
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Flexibility in working hours
