Job Summary
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot various cell manufacturing equipment and processes to ensure product quality and efficiency. Handle equipment within the cell area, continuously monitor production to meet quality standards, and resolve technical issues that arise. Perform preventive maintenance, make necessary adjustments, and keep accurate records of production data and maintenance activities while following all safety protocols. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with preferred manufacturing experience, technical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability, independence, and effective communication with other departments.
