Job Summary
Cell Operator on 3rd shift in Franklin, NH, responsible for assembling and testing valves and valve components using assembly machinery or jigs/fixtures, following ATIs, packaging items with proper labels, completing production records and quality control documents, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Must perform repetitive assembly tasks, report quality or safety concerns promptly, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write English, and a focus on reliability, teamwork, and adherence to Watts’ values and policies. The role is on-site at Watts’ Franklin facility with 9:00 PM–5:30 AM shifts and potential overtime.
