Job Summary
Lead the Steam Turbine cell by scheduling, cost estimating, and directing operations using lean methodologies to drive SQDC goals. Manage wing-to-wing repair execution, including parts, cost control, and hourly/salary workforce populations. Implement daily management, problem-solving, and visual improvement initiatives while advancing competitiveness through training and technology. Coordinate site S&OP planning, load allocation across the Americas network, and resolve capacity gaps to meet volume objectives. Serve as the best practice resource for technical developments and contribute to strategy and policy development. Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of turbine maintenance experience required; Green Belt certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related discipline from an accredited university or college
- 5+ years of turbine or steam turbine maintenance experience, power generation, repairs or custom manufacturing experience or similar industry experience
- High School diploma / GED with 9+ years of turbine or steam turbine maintenance experience, power generation, repairs or custom manufacturing experience or similar industry experience
- 3+ years experience in a People Leading role
