Job Summary
Provide direction to employees, lead engagement and continuous improvement efforts, and establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans aligned with customer needs. Perform daily supervisor responsibilities including project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members. Demonstrate focus on accountability to daily results, rapid root cause identification, and corrective action implementation while driving a strong problem-solving culture. Maintain world-class safety standards, control quality and productivity to meet MRP requirements, and communicate process flow requirements to peers.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience
- Master's degree
- 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting
Desired Qualifications
- Clear, concise and effective communicator
- Experience working with all levels of management
- Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.)
- Consistent track record in team leadership roles
- Ability to plan projects and to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives
- Computer proficiency in Excel
