Job Summary
Provide direction to employees and lead engagement efforts while establishing work schedules and monthly delivery plans. Perform daily supervisor responsibilities including project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members. Achieve target performance levels through disciplined execution of the Standard Production System, demonstrating focus on accountability and rapid root cause identification. Drive development of a strong problem-solving culture and champion sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, and cost reduction. Maintain world-class safety culture and control quality, productivity, and process flow to meet MRP requirements. This is a 3rd shift position (weekday over-nights) with a shift premium.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience
- Master's degree
- 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting
- U.S. citizenship

- Clear, concise and effective communicator
- Experience working with all levels of management
- Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.)
- Consistent track record in team leadership roles
- Ability to plan projects and to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives
- Computer proficiency in Excel
