Job Summary
Provide direction to employees, establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans, and lead continuous improvement efforts through daily toolbox meetings and Standard Production System execution. Manage project management, effective communication, and team building to drive accountability, root cause analysis, and corrective actions while maintaining world-class safety and quality cultures. Ensure smooth process flow and meet MRP requirements for productivity and customer satisfaction. This 2nd shift position includes a shift premium and requires U.S. citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of manufacturing/operations experience
- Master's degree with 2+ years of manufacturing/operations experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting
- U.S. citizenship

- Clear, concise and effective communicator
- Experience working with all levels of management
- Highly self-directed, quick learner, with a strong drive for results
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing, ACE/CORE, QCPC, etc.)
- Consistent track record in team leadership roles
- Ability to plan projects and to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives
- Computer proficiency in Excel
