Job Summary
Support and maintain company policies including ISO Standards, Health and Safety, GMP, and standard work procedures. Operate Assembly or package equipment, perform mold changeovers, and load validated master cycle parameters into Injection Molding machines. Troubleshoot molding and automated assembly processes, answer equipment alarms, and complete Total Productive Maintenance activities. Complete visual inspections, report defects, package products per customer specifications, and enter daily production data into Mattec. Manage LRP labels via SAP, perform line clearances, and maintain Kanban systems to stage materials. Ensure product quality meets specifications at each startup while maintaining clean work spaces and 5S standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or Injection Molding Machine Experience
- Basic math skills
- PC Skills
- Able to frequently lift up to 35 lbs
- 12-Hour, Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, requiring work every other weekend)
