Cell Leader (APU 3 C)

The role supports and maintains company policies including ISO standards, Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, GMP and standard work procedures. It involves maintaining 5S in the work area, performing visual inspections per production specs, reporting defects, packing and labeling per customer specs, data entry into Mattec, operating injection molding and packaging equipment, performing mold changeovers, loading validated master cycle parameters, loading programs into automated/robotic systems, ensuring machines run to spec at startup, monitoring alarms and troubleshooting molding and automated assembly processes. Responsibilities also include mold/TPM maintenance, lean participation, managing Kanban for material staging, scale setup/operation, line clearances, LRPs in SAP, completion of documentation and cycle checklists, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires Basic math and PC skills, and a High School Diploma or GED or Injection Molding experience; ability to lift up to 35 lbs; works in a clean manufacturing environment. Shift is 12-hour rotating (6:00 PM–6:15 AM) with 2-2-3 schedule and weekend work; pay range is $20-$30/hour plus 10% Night Shift Differential.
