Job Summary
Quality-focused Cell Lead responsible for ensuring ZERO defects, inspecting and measuring all technical and aesthetic requirements per the control plan, recording inspection data in the SPC database, training new Associates, performing receiving inspections, auditing job books, executing process audits (including start-up/shutdown checks and machine setup verifications), ensuring correct bar coded shipping labels on containers, ensuring removal of previous job material during changeovers, managing MRB nonconformance through IQMS, and enforcing safety, SOPs, and PPE; collaborates with Quality Engineer and maintains clean work areas while upholding ethics and teamwork.
