Job Summary
Train and certify ceiling installation contractors on Rockfon's Mono Acoustic, Specialty, and Acoustical Ceiling Tile systems while providing on-site jobsite support. Address installation questions and concerns via calls and emails to ensure customers receive the highest level of support. Identify and analyze product failures, order replacement parts, and support product development efforts as assigned. Travel up to 50% across North America and Europe to support opportunities and drive knowledge transfer to new and existing installers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial construction experience installing gypsum wallboard and/or seamless acoustical ceiling
- Experience within the Ceilings industry
- Understanding ceiling industry testing, codes and standards
- Hands-on approach to product training
- Strong training skills to support marketing initiatives and proper installation practices
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the commercial construction arena
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Ability to read bids
- Ability to read project schedules
- Ability to read change order processes
- Ability to read budgeting documents
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as CAD
- Familiarity with construction software programs such as BIM
- Computer proficiency in MS Word
- Computer proficiency in MS Excel
- Computer proficiency in CRM
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
