Job Summary
CEI Project Administrator / Project Engineer responsible for administering construction contracts for roadway and/or bridge projects in Central Florida; manage day-to-day CEI team operations to ensure project management plan requirements are met; direct and assign tasks to administrative and field staff; read and interpret contract documents; ensure verification testing compliance; review and approve progress and final pay estimates; prepare monthly status updates; coordinate progress and schedules with client and project stakeholders; exercise initiative and independent judgment in solving work problems and project issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- FDOT Advanced MOT (Temporary Traffic Control) CTQP Final Estimates Level II
- CTQP Quality Control Manager
- Eight (8) years of CEI or roadway or bridge construction inspection experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Florida
- Must obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six (6) months if registered in another state
