Job Summary
Project leadership for highway/road/bridge construction projects for State and Local agencies, including development of project scope and fee quotations, preparation of technical proposals, coordination of schedules and staff, monitoring contractor progress, resolving field issues, enforcing contract plans/specs, and leading development and execution of the project management plan; responsibilities include cost control, quality control, change orders, and pursuit of strategic/minimega projects, with potential responsibility for recruitment and development of construction staff, and client-facing proposal and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree and 8 years relevant experience
- In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience.
