Job Summary
Role: Medical Lead for the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region at Haleon. Responsible for executing Europe-level Medical & Scientific Affairs strategy across the CEE cluster, serving as the primary local medical interface to commercial, regulatory and external stakeholders. Key duties include translating and deploying category medical strategies (OTC, Oral Health, Wellness), supporting launch excellence and lifecycle management, leading scientific exchange and medical education, ensuring governance and compliance, and collaborating cross-functionally with governance, regulatory, safety and commercial teams. Requires a Life Sciences bachelor’s degree, prior Medical Affairs experience in OTC/consumer healthcare or regulated environments, ability to translate global/regional strategies to local action, strong scientific engagement with external stakeholders, leadership in cross-functional/matrix settings, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid work arrangement in Warsaw, Poland, with an indicative salary range in PLN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or equivalent)
- Experience in Medical Affairs within OTC/consumer healthcare or other regulated environments
- Experience in translating global or regional medical strategies into local execution
- Experience in scientific engagement and collaboration with external stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments, including people leadership
- Ability to work within governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Ability to assess scientific information and support its application in business context
- Fluent in English and Polish
