CEB - Tester (2nd shift)

Job Summary
Functional and system-level electrical/ mechanical testing responsibilities include performing tests according to procedures, operating test equipment safely, diagnosing issues with engineering and production teams, verifying installation and wiring integrity, completing test reports and checklists, enforcing safety (LOTO, arc flash, PPE), ensuring calibration of equipment, following standardized procedures, and driving continuous improvement alongside production, quality, and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Previous electrical testing, industrial manufacturing, or commissioning experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation
- Experience using multimeters, insulation testers, torque tools, and other electrical test equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory and troubleshooting principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for documentation and test reporting systems
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
