Job Summary
Central Europe Engineering Leader responsible for performance and operation of engineering offices across Central Europe. Leads and develops teams, drives Lean-based delivery, integrates EHS standards, defines regional engineering strategies, and manages workload/resource planning. Emphasizes Lean initiatives, RoE capture, and collaboration with IT and external centers to optimize engineering value delivery. Requires master's degree and significant EPC leadership experience in T&D/Power/Oil & Gas; travel within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field or proven equivalent experience
- Significant experience in an EPC environment within T&D, Power Generation, or Oil & Gas
- Proven leadership in managing large engineering teams and complex projects
- Proficiency with Lean methodologies and their application in engineering environments
- Hands-on experience with Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management systems and Daily Management Systems (DMS)
- Strong communication and leadership skills; strategic planning and process optimization abilities
- Willingness to travel within the region
