Job Summary
CE Product Sales Specialist role focused on growing JCB North America heavyline product sales in PA, NY, New England, and Maine by supporting territory management, dealer distribution networks, and key accounts. Responsibilities include developing sales strategy for heavyline products (Large Wheel Loaders, Large Excavators, Hydradig/Pothole Pro), managing dealer allocations, achieving quarterly/annual sales targets, building relationships within dealer networks, forecasting and reporting territory activities, identifying opportunities to improve revenue and profitability, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and supporting 5-year growth goals. Requires 5+ years outside sales experience, BA in Business or similar, heavyline product knowledge, travel up to 90%, and willingness to engage in background checks and pre-employment tests.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years outside sales experience in the construction industry
- BA in Business or similar
- Heavyline product knowledge and/or similar product knowledge
- Product and territory sales experience
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
