Job Summary
Grow JCB North America’s heavyline product sales by providing leadership and support to territory management, dealer distribution network, and key accounts across Pennsylvania, New York, New England, and Maine. Lead the development of sales growth for heavyline products (including Large Wheel Loaders, Large Excavators, and Hydradig/Pothole Pro), manage factory build allocations for the dealer channel, consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, build and nurture profitable relationships within dealer networks, forecast and report territory activities, identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability, maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support sales efforts, and contribute to 5-year growth goals. Travel up to 90% and work across both office and manufacturing environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years outside sales experience in the construction industry
- BA in Business or similar
- Heavyline product knowledge and/or similar product knowledge
- Product and territory sales experience
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
